Shipping & Returns
We are happy to offer a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for all orders within Canada. We also offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $125.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your purchase. Your item(s) will generally be shipped via Canada Post and will only be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Customers should anticipate delays with Canada Post as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Please track your item(s) with the tracking information that you received with email or text message.
We're happy to accommodate our American customers with a variety of shipping services. Expedited options are available and can be chosen during the checkout process at your convenience.

Please note, all shipping methods include tracking information other than the Small Packet USA Air. If you would like to have tracking information with your order, please select one of the other shipping methods.

Please note, depending on your shipping address and country, there may be customs and duty fees when your order arrives. Stanfield's Ltd. is not responsible for any customs, duties or additional taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in another country.
As soon as our dedicated warehouse and shipping team have picked, packed and shipped your order, you will be emailed full tracking information and shipping confirmation for your order.
Tracking information is available for all domestic orders regardless of shipping rate selected.
For USA and International orders, tracking information availability will depend on the shipping rate and service that you selected during checkout. This is determined by Canada Post and is made available to you whenever possible.
Unfortunately, if you are shipping an order outside of Canada and have selected a shipping rate that does include tracking, your shipping confirmation email will not include tracking details for your order.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) exclusively. This means if you've placed an order over the weekend, you will receive an order confirmation email right away but will not receive your tracking and shipping confirmation email until your package has shipped from our warehouse in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada.

If you are not happy with your Stanfield’s purchase, we will gladly accept a return. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We only accept returns from purchases made on stanfields.com.
If you need to return your purchase, complete the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM and submit to Stanfield's. It is important for us to understand the reason you are returning your merchandise. Please fill in your order #, return reason code, and any feedback you'd like to share. This form needs to be submitted by clicking on the submit button after form is completed. A customer service representative will be in contact with you via email, within 48-72 hours to give you information on returning your product.
If you do not have your original packing slip, the order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail.
For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
