Not true to size

Ordered a XL fit more like a medium for my husband. Stansfield’s offers free returns but when I clicked on the return link there wasn’t a SEND tab or a form to complete. I wrote to Stansfield's customer service via email. All they sent me was their mailing address no PO return slip so I guess I’m expected to pay for the return shipping…I won’t be shopping online with Stansfield's again.
