Please be advised that because of the upcoming threat of a nationwide postal strike on May 22nd, returns will need to be on hold until after the strike.

At this time our system will not allow us to update to another carrier.

Please note that we will honor all returns that are in transit or are on hold. The 30 day return policy will be waived until after the strike.

We apologize for this inconvenience and once we have an update, we will let you know. You can still submit your return and we will send you a label, but it is advised not to ship at this time

If you are not happy with your Stanfield’s purchase, we will gladly accept a return. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original shipment delivery date. Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging with any and all tags attached. We only accept returns for purchases made on stanfields.com.

Canadian & USA returns and exchanges are always FREE. You will receive a free return shipping label to send back your item.

For returns or exchanges from the UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

If you would like to return your purchase, please complete our simple RETURN FORM. A customer service representative will be in contact with you via email, within 1 business day to give you information on returning your product. Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation and shipment emails. If you cannot locate your order Order Number please contact us and we will help locate it for you.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
