Muin X Stanfield's Adult Orange T-Shirt - NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION "FEATHERS"
This authentic Indigenous designed, made-in-Canada orange t-shirt is a product of collaborative partners, Muin Clothing and Stanfield’s Ltd, to honour The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The Eagle is the only creature that is said to have touched the face of the Creator. Even though it is a bird, it grounds the Mi’kmaw people to be who they are and their relationship to the Creator. Eagle feathers are so sacred that even in a colonial court of law, a Mi’kmaw can take an eagle feather and take the “Sacred Eagle Feather Affirmation”; this is akin to swearing on the bible.
$1 from every t-shirt will go to the Nu-mi-quai-ni-mak Fund (“I remember them fund”) administered by the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR).
