We are proud to offer free shipping for all Canada and USA orders over $75. We also offer additional paid options for express and priority shipping
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. ALL items are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
We're happy to offer international shipping for our customers all over the world.
We offer paid options for shipping to Australia, New Zealand, UK & Europe. If you would like to order from a country outside of the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK or Europe please contact us at:

All international shipments are sent exclusively via Canada Post and include a tracking number.
Please note: depending on your shipping address and country, there may be customs and duty fees when your order arrives. Stanfield's Ltd. is not responsible for any customs, duties or additional taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in another country.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with full tracking information. You can also find your detailed tracking information on your customer account.
If you are not 100% happy with your Stanfield’s purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. All orders must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
If you would like to return your purchase, please complete our simple RETURN FORM. A customer service representative will be in contact with you via email, within 1 business day to give you information on returning your product.
Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation and shipment emails. If you cannot locate your order Order Number please contact us and we will help locate it for you.
CANADA
Returns and exchanges are free. You will recieve a free Canada Post return shipping label.
USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, UK & EUROPE
For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Never wait for a sale again! If your item goes on sale within 7 days of your
original purchase date, we will offer a one-time price adjustment.
